This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the website operated by BAHAR AL OUD PERFUME L.L.C (“Bahar Al Oud”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.


3. Shipping & Delivery

We partner with a licensed third-party logistics and delivery provider to fulfill and deliver orders across the UAE.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch (depending on location).

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or operational disruptions.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be:

  • Displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

  • Non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website.


5. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete delivery details.

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

If incorrect information is provided and results in delivery failure, additional re-delivery charges may apply.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the shipment

The order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-delivery fees may apply.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery:

  • Record a clear video during the unboxing process.

  • Ensure the shipping label and sealed package are visible before opening.

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to:

Failure to provide an unboxing video may affect claim eligibility.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the provided address.

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately.


9. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions

  • Customs or regulatory inspections

  • Public holidays

  • Natural events

  • Logistics disruptions
